- Prototyping and design system maintenance using Figma
- Information architecture - and UX research, considering user needs, business requirements and IT architecture
- Documentation of flow and requirements using LucidChart (BPMN), Excel and Confluence
- Workshops and other sessions in LucidSpark, Figma, Teams and RL, using different techniques for testing, visualisation and organising information and features

Product Manager, Moment Team AS

- Gather UX data using established research techniques and through customer dialogue
- Investigate and systemize requests and research findings
- Design prototypes (mainly using Adobe CC)
- Test prototypes with users, and iterate until we find the best design to optimize the user experience
- Specify user needs and requirements, and create tasks
- Make plans for each sprint, and run stand-up - and sprint meetings
- Follow up on the team of offshore developers who implement the tasks
- Test functionality with and without users before it goes into production

Project Manager, Metafocus AS

In my time in Metafocus, we worked mostly with clients from banking and finance, and also with government agencies. Metafocus provide many sorts of services, with an emphasis on solutions for form-based data collection. As a project manager, I took part in the identification of needs, requirements specification, UX design, creation of offers, and following up on the team on performance, quality, and delivery within a timeframe and budget.

2007-2015

Journalist, NRK

I worked mainly as a video journalist, delivering content to television- and radio broadcasts, SOME and the company websites. Though I covered all areas of interest, I found it meaningful to in particular engage in matters concerning information technology, medicine, and public health.
